Building Design Infrastructure for Faster Product Delivery

I led the creation of TuneCore's first design system to reduce styling inconsistencies across the site. In parallel, I led the team’s transition to Figma, enabling engineers to reference components and copy code directly, reducing handoff friction. This was particularly helpful as the codebase was fragmented and engineers could convert to different languages as needed. This project helped reduce design-to-development time by 60%.
